Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of WooCommerce Product Table PRO, its add-ons, and related services provided through WCProductTable.com and its subdomains.
The products and websites are operated by WP Titan Labs, referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”. By purchasing, downloading or using our products, you agree to these terms.
1. Software licensing
Unless otherwise stated, the PHP code in WooCommerce Product Table PRO and its add-ons is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2.0 or later.
The GPL governs your rights to use, modify and distribute covered software code. Your commercial licence key separately provides access to services such as:
- Software updates
- Downloads from your customer account
- Technical support
- Licence activation for the number of websites included in your plan
Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, branding, website, documentation or other proprietary materials.
2. Licence plans and website limits
Your licence may be activated only on the number of production websites included in the plan you purchased.
Recognised localhost, development and staging websites may be allowed without counting towards this limit. Such websites must be genuine non-production environments. We may reject or deactivate staging activations that are being used to avoid licence limits.
A licence key and customer account are issued to the original purchaser and must not be publicly shared, transferred or sold as a standalone product.
Agency and client use
A multi-site licence may be used on client websites where permitted by the purchased plan. Agencies and developers may charge clients for their broader development or maintenance services, but may not:
- Sell or transfer our licence key as a standalone product
- Give clients control of the purchaser’s account or shared licence key
- Repeatedly move activations between unrelated websites to exceed the purchased site limit
- Represent themselves as an authorised reseller or representative of WP Titan Labs without written permission
Support is provided to the original purchaser, not separately to every client or website owner using that purchaser’s licence.
3. Yearly and lifetime licences
A yearly licence includes updates, downloads and support for one year from the purchase date. The software will continue to operate after the licence expires, but access to updates, downloads and support may be suspended until the licence is renewed.
Yearly licences do not automatically renew unless this is clearly stated during checkout. Current renewal pricing may differ from the original purchase price.
A lifetime licence provides updates and support for the commercial lifetime of the purchased product while it remains actively maintained and offered by WP Titan Labs. It does not guarantee that the product, WordPress, WooCommerce or WP Titan Labs will operate indefinitely.
Add-ons and other products are covered only when expressly included in the licence purchased.
4. Product delivery
After successful payment, your account, licence key and available downloads will normally be accessible through the customer account area. We may also send purchase information to the email address provided during checkout.
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid email address
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- Downloading and safely storing purchased software
- Contacting us if you do not receive access after payment
Download access may require an active licence. A payment may be delayed or rejected when additional verification is required by a payment provider or when we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
5. Updates
Updates are available while the relevant licence is active.
We may add, change or remove features where reasonably necessary to improve the product, maintain compatibility, correct defects, address security issues or comply with legal requirements.
We do not guarantee that every update will remain compatible with outdated versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, browsers, themes or third-party plugins.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups and testing significant updates on a staging website before applying them to a live store.
6. Support
Technical support is available to the original purchaser while the relevant licence is active.
Support generally covers:
- Installation and activation issues
- Questions about documented product features
- Reproducible errors caused by our software
- Reasonable assistance identifying compatibility problems
Support does not ordinarily include:
- Custom development or website building
- General WordPress, WooCommerce, server or hosting administration
- Modification of third-party software
- Guaranteed compatibility with every theme, plugin, browser or hosting environment
- Recovery of lost data or repair of unrelated website problems
We may request diagnostic information or temporary access to a staging website when necessary. You are responsible for creating a backup, removing unnecessary personal or confidential data, providing temporary credentials and revoking those credentials after the investigation.
We aim to respond within a reasonable period, but do not guarantee a particular response or resolution time.
7. Compatibility and customer responsibilities
Our products are provided for supported versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Because WordPress websites can contain many combinations of themes, plugins, custom code, hosting configurations and browser environments, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party component.
A third-party conflict does not necessarily mean our software is defective. We may investigate or provide a workaround where reasonably possible, but changes to third-party products remain outside our control.
Before installing or updating our software, you are responsible for:
- Confirming that your system meets the stated requirements
- Maintaining current website and database backups
- Testing changes safely
- Securing your website and access credentials
- Complying with laws applicable to your store and customers
8. Prices, payments and taxes
Prices, licence options and included features are those displayed at the time of purchase.
We may change prices, plans, renewal rates or product offerings prospectively. A price change will not alter a completed purchase but may apply to a later purchase or renewal.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges and payment-provider fees unless they are expressly included during checkout.
9. Refunds
Original software purchases made through our website are covered by our published 30-day refund policy.
You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us using the email address associated with the order. No refund will normally be available after this period unless required by law.
We may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse or an attempt to obtain updates, support or other substantial benefits without paying for continued access.
Once a refund is issued:
- The relevant licence may be cancelled
- Access to downloads, updates and support may end
- You must stop using any licence key or account access associated with the refunded purchase
Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
10. Intellectual property
WP Titan Labs retains ownership of its trademarks, trade names, logos, website design, original documentation, videos, images, demonstration content and other materials not licensed under the GPL.
You may not falsely claim that you created or own our products, use our branding in a misleading manner, impersonate WP Titan Labs, or redistribute our proprietary documentation and media without permission.
Nothing in these terms restricts rights expressly granted to you under the GPL for software code covered by that licence.
11. Warranty disclaimer
Our software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility or suitability for every particular business purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, that every reported issue will be corrected, or that using the software will produce any particular commercial, traffic or sales result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Titan Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, customers, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend account, download, support or licence-key access where we reasonably believe there has been:
- Fraud or an unauthorised payment
- Public sharing or resale of a licence key
- Circumvention of licence limits
- Abuse or harassment of support personnel
- A material violation of these terms
Where practical, we will provide an opportunity to correct the violation before permanently terminating access.
Termination of commercial services does not remove any rights that the GPL independently grants for software code already lawfully received.
14. Privacy and email
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may send transactional emails concerning purchases, accounts, licence status, security, updates and support. We may also send marketing messages where permitted. Marketing messages can be unsubscribed from at any time, although essential account and transaction messages may still be sent.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, business practices or legal obligations.
Changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Continued purchase or use of our commercial services after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules, disputes will be subject to the courts located in Delhi, India.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
